Protect yourself and your family from the loss of healthcare freedom.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) threatens your access to and quality of health care, the confidentiality of your relationship with your medical provider(s) and the security of your most personal medical information. It is important to consider how Obamacare will affect your right to make medical decisions for yourself and your family, change your relationship with your medical provider and erode the privacy of your most personal medical records.
There are practical steps you can take to protect yourself and affect the outcome of this historic battle between those who value and are willing to fight for healthcare freedom and those who would socialize medical care in the U.S. The following are links to important information on these issues.
OPT OUT. To understand your right to "opt-out" of the Obamacare health insurance exchanges and (most importantly) why you should -- go to Citizens' Council for Health Freedom, and read about how the exchanges will gather date to enable the IRS to enforce compliance and assess penalties. Go to CCHF's Opt Out
PULL THE PLUG. To understand why Obamacare violates the U.S. Constitution and how the arguments now moving forward based on the Origination and Presentment Clauses can void both the individual and employer mandates, go to: Liberty University vs. Jacob Law.
Now read H.Res. 153 under "Legislation We Support." Representative Trent Franks (R-AZ), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, subcommittee on the Constitution and civil justice, and other members of the U.S. House of Representatives are also challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare on this same Origination principle. Go to H.Res 153 and contact your Representative. Ask him or her to join Rep. Franks in filing the amicus brief in the upcoming court case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in the case of Sissel v. HHS.
PRIVACY. To better understand the level of security of confidential medical information you share with your medical provider, read "HIPPA - The Grand Deception." The extent to which your personal medical information may be shared is increased when the IRS, state Health Information Exchanges and the National Health Information Network are involved. To read more, go to Health Privacy.
The fight is not over until we leave the field of battle. Don't give up!
